Shipping policy

Current shipping time is 1-5 business days for in-stock items.

Email Confirmation. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to your order once the order has shipped. Please note that for any third-party shipping outside of Tyrant Bikes normal shipping process, Tyrant Bike cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.

Addresses to Which We Ship. We ship bicycles and components to addresses in the 48 continental U.S. states. and most international countries.

Shipping Carriers. Tyrant Bikes ships using UPS, DHL and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of UPS, DHL, or any other parcel service.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee. If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 per bicycle or frame kit to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $75.

Notice for International Customers

Information for International Customers.  We offer shipping to some countries outside the United States, with acceptance of such being made in Tyrant Bikes sole discretion. The amount shown at checkout is for shipping charges only and does not include any import duty or taxes charged by your country, brokerage charges applied by the shipping carrier, or currency conversion fees. Any additional charges are due at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Consult your local customs office to determine what fees, if any, your country may charge. If you refuse delivery because of non-payment of these fees, your items will be abandoned by the shipping carrier and you will not receive a refund.

For any international order, you are solely responsible for ensuring you comply with all applicable local/state/federal regulations concerning the import and use of bicycles. 

USD.  We process all transactions in USA dollars (USD). Your card issuer will convert currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Many credit/debit card issuers charge a fee or percentage for transactions not in your native currency. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility.
